Mr. Hariya has over 18 years of experience in the civil and environmental engineering industry. He has provided engineering and development services to private civil engineering consulting firms that specialized in land development projects. He has significant experience in managing projects with regards to high quality standards, city and county bylaws and regulations. He has experience working with public agencies such as Caltrans and the City of Ontario which has helped him gain a comprehensive knowledge of civil engineering land development.
He has extensive experience in the field of land development process and in providing civil engineering services that meets and/or exceeds client requirements. This includes oversight of quality design and plan production services that meet project specifications and government agency requirements.
With this proven track record of experience in the Civil Engineering industry, he has now started his own consulting firm (HARIYA LLC) with a vision to provide quality engineering services and simultaneously providing cost-efficient solutions to his clients.

Hariya Inc is a consulting engineering and land surveying firm that provides services to commercial,
industrial, retail, and residential developers. We specialize in site civil design and subdivision engineering
for projects which include large regional retail centers, business parks, industrial parks, residential in-
fills, and new subdivisions.
Hariya Inc’s role in development projects commonly includes the preparation of necessary grading plans,
plot plans, erosion control plans, street plans, hydrology studies, storm drain plans, sewer and water
plans, traffic plans, and other civil-related elements.  Additionally, Hariya Inc is experienced in all facets
of the preliminary entitlement phase, including ALTA and encumbrance mapping, topographic surveys,
and land planning, and is also able to provide final preparation of required easement documents,
construction staking surveys, and as-built ALTA surveys.
Hariya Inc is based in Loma Linda in Southern California.
